1. Abstract

The Intelleve Token ($ITLV) is the native utility and governance token of the Intelleve framework—a middleware framework for building and managing AI agents on Solana. $ITLV facilitates fee payment, staking for governance rights, protocol parameter voting, and rewards for contributors. This document outlines the tokenomics, distribution, and long-term utility of $ITLV.

2. Token Utility

  • Fees: Pay for agent operations, integration requests, and insights generation in $ITLV.
  • Staking: Stake $ITLV to participate in governance and earn rewards.
  • Governance: Holders vote on framework upgrades, fee structures, and resource allocation.
  • Discounts: Higher staked balances unlock fee discounts and priority services.

Total supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 (1 billion) $ITLV. Allocation is designed for long-term alignment and decentralized ownership.

4. Technical Specification
